Ravens Hockey Academy
The rules and expectations for using the Ravens Academy app.
By creating an account, logging in, or using the Ravens Hockey Academy app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is intended for players, parents, coaches, and staff of Ravens Hockey Academy. Accounts for minors must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, or issued through a coach or administrator invitation.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Roles (Admin, Coach, Player/Parent) determine the features and data you can access. Access may be revoked at any time by academy administrators.
You agree to use the app respectfully and lawfully. You will not harass other users, post offensive or harmful content, share false information, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform. The Wall, Chat, and Announcements are shared spaces — keep them respectful.
Public player profiles and submitted content (photos, videos, stats, bios) may be displayed publicly after approval. You grant Ravens Hockey Academy permission to use submitted content within the app and on related channels for development and promotion purposes.
Registration for clinics and camps is confirmed once payment is received. Refunds, if applicable, are handled at the academy's discretion. E-transfers are the accepted payment method; credit card payments are not yet available.
Store orders are fulfilled once payment is confirmed. Prices and availability may change without notice. By placing an order you agree to send the exact amount due via e-transfer to the designated address.
Schedules, times, and locations may change. The academy is not liable for missed events due to last-minute changes communicated through the app. Users are responsible for keeping notifications enabled.
All branding, logos, and content created by Ravens Hockey Academy remain its property. You may not copy, redistribute, or misuse academy materials without permission.
Ravens Hockey Academy provides the app "as is" and is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
