How we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, and player details when you register, request access, or contact us. We also collect limited usage data (such as device type and approximate location) to improve the app and its features.
We use your information to create and manage your account, register you for clinics and camps, process payments, send schedule and payment notifications, display rosters and player profiles, and communicate with you about team activities.
Your personal information is shared only with authorized coaches and administrators of Ravens Hockey Academy for team management purposes. Public player profiles are shown only with approval. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on the Base44 platform with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by authentication.
The app uses minimal local storage to remember your language preference. We may use analytics to understand app usage and improve the experience, without identifying you personally.
The academy serves minor players. Accounts for minors are created and managed by parents or guardians, or through coach/admin invitations. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental or guardian involvement.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account from within the app settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us through the Contact page or email us directly.
