A step-by-step walkthrough of the setup — what the academy handles, what you do, and where you wait.
The academy emails you a personal invitation with a secure signup link.
You wait for the invite email to arrive (check your spam folder).
Click the invite link and create your account with email + password, or Google.
Enter the 6-digit code we send to confirm your address.
Add your name, position, date of birth, and a profile photo.
"Coach, I just created my account and completed my profile. Now waiting for your approval."
Our coaching staff reviews your profile and approves your portal access.
You wait for the coach to approve your account. You'll see an "awaiting approval" screen until then.
"Coach, just checking in — is my account approval ready?"
We add you to your team roster and publish your schedule, clinics, and announcements.
Access your schedule, scores, stats, clinics, announcements, and store.
We send announcements, reminders, and news throughout the season.
It is your responsibility to log in every day to check your schedule, scores, and announcements. Missing updates is on you.
Once you've received your invite email, log in to activate your account and join the flock.
